I couldn't find renewals for any of them.

Perhaps Video-Cellar will tell us whether the British films are eligible for GATT renewal.

BEHIND OFFICE DOORS (1931; RKO)
THE LADY REFUSES (1931; RKO)
MILLIE (1931; RKO)
BEAU IDEAL (1931; RKO)

OVERLAND MAIL (1942; Universal) [A 15-part serial starring Lon Chaney, Jr.]

THE LOST MOMENT (1947; Universal)
THE UPTURNED GLASS (1947; Universal) --- [ British ]
THE LIFE AND ADVENTURES OF NICHOLAS NICKLEBY (1947; Universal) --- [ British ]

VC has posted much about Nicholas Nickelby being GATT restored

BEHIND OFFICE DOORS (1931; RKO)
THE LADY REFUSES (1931; RKO)
MILLIE (1931; RKO)
BEAU IDEAL (1931; RKO)

These are well known as PD checking to see if I have them

The Lost Moment was renewed in the January-June 1975 period (R606039). It should be listed on page 104 of the Jan-Jun75 Catalog of Copyright entries, but page 104 of the HathiTrust version is blank. However, the film is listed on page 26 of the index.

Video Cellar seems to be lurking but not giving the free copyright checking service anymore. However, he has posted extensively on this subject if you search the forum.

Otherwise, I've got a note concerning UK films that the key date is 1944 and films published in the UK before that were PD before GATT renewal came around, so they are still PD in the USA.

I have no expertise on UK copyright and their laws are complex with a whole series of revisions, so you should check that.
